![]() Sometimes I just end the process and jump back in. In those rare times I crash, I CTRL+ALT+DEL to the Task Manager if I need to get my mouse cursor back, and generally (not always) wait for the game to resync by watching the Steam icon in my task tray. Lighting on the other hand really needs to stay at the highest "Amazing" setting in this game if your PC can handle it-much of the look and feel of the game is dependent on the lighting. The crashes are few and far between since I toned texture filtering down to 8x (at the high resolution of 1920x1080, I can't tell the difference between 8x and 16x anyway), and shadows down to High (from "Amazing"-and again, can't really tell the difference). Happening for me too, but honestly, I consider it a small price to pay for an otherwise spectacular game.
